wish to study on a UK course. Demand for scholarships is always greater
than supply; to maximise your chances, apply as early as you can.
Where can I find UK scholarships and bursaries?
On this website, you can search through thousands of scholarships at UK schools, colleges and universities – just click here and
select your subject. This lists many, but not all, UK scholarships – it
is an excellent place to start, but we recommend looking at other
sources too.

The EURIAS Fellowship Programme 2017/2018 Call for Applications is now open.
The
European Institutes for Advanced Study (EURIAS) Fellowship Programme is
an international researcher mobility programme offering 10-month
residencies in one of the 18 participating Institutes: Aahrus,
Amsterdam, Berlin, Bologna, Budapest, Cambridge, Delmenhorst, Edinburgh,
Freiburg, Helsinki, Jerusalem, Lyon, Madrid, Marseille, Paris, Uppsala,
Vienna, Zürich. The Institutes for Advanced Study support the focused,
self-directed work of outstanding researchers. The fellows benefit from
the finest intellectual and research conditions and from the stimulating
environment of a multi-disciplinary and international community of
first-rate scholars.
EURIAS Fellowships are mainly offered in the
fields of the humanities and social sciences but may also be granted to
scholars in life and exact sciences, provided that their proposed
research project does not require laboratory facilities and that it
interfaces with humanities and social sciences. The diversity of the 18
participating IAS offers a wide range of possible research contexts in
Europe for worldwide scholars. Applicants may select up to three IAS
outside their country of nationality or residence as possible host
institutions.
For the 2017-2018 academic year EURIAS offers 48 fellowships (25 junior and 23 senior positions).

outstanding scholars with leadership potential from around the world to
study postgraduate courses at UK universities.

you applied for a 2016/2017 Chevening Scholarship, you will receive
email updates about your application status at each step of the
selection process. You can also check this on the online application
system by using the login details you registered with. Take a look at

understanding of the upcoming stages of the selection process.

individual application status updates or feedback to unsuccessful

Progress
your university applications. You must have an unconditional offer from
one of the three courses selected on your application form by 14 July
2016.
Make sure you meet the Chevening English language
requirement by 14 July 2016. Select your country from the red drop down
menu to see specific information about English language test centres in
your country.
